The substructure and superstructure structural elements including the concrete roof slab, structural steel roof framing, external and internal blockwork walls are complete. Walls have been plastered, but not painted. Cold and hot water reticulation pipework and waste pipework are in place. Electrical conduit and wiring installation including telephone are also built into the structure. Drainage including septic tank, soak pit and inspection chambers are complete. Each septic tank is built and designed for 30 people. All drains were in and for all, flush boxes in place. Leaching fields were in place for all and for each unit there are two (indoor and outdoor) spa pools, bathrooms, toilets, etc.

septic tank is 75% finished with the soak pit dug.

foundation beam, footing, column pad and column. The superstructure
concrete columns, beam, roof slab, structural steel roof framing and
approximately 50% external blockwork wall have been done. Cold water and
hot water reticulation pipework, waste pipework, electrical conduit and wiring
installation built into the structure have started.
m) Building #13 Bure Type B Standard – The only substructure work done are the
foundation beam, footing, column pad and column. The superstructure
concrete columns, beams, roof slab, 50% of structural steel roof framing and
approximately 10% external blockwork wall have been done. Cold water and
hot water reticulation pipework, waste pipework, electrical conduit and wiring
installation built into the structure have started. The balance of the structural
steel framing is on site.
n) Building #14 Bure Type A Standard – The site clearance is roughly 60% done.
The only substructure work done are the foundation beam, footing, column
pad and column. The superstructure concrete columns, beams, roof slab and
structural steel roof framing have been done. Cold water and hot water
reticulation pipework, waste pipework, electrical conduit and wiring installation
built into the structure have started.

q) Building #17 Bure Type A Standard – The site clearance is roughly 60% done.

Type B Bure version with part of the ground floor slab suspended over the cliff
edge into water below. Substructure work over this suspended ground floor
slab portion has started.

water and hot water reticulation pipework, waste pipework, electrical conduit
and wiring installation built into the structure and drainage work have started
and in progress. The balance of the structural steel roof framing are on site.
v) Building #22 Bure Type C1 at Turtle Cove – The site is prepared but no
construction work has started.
w) Building #23 Bure Type A at Turtle Cove – The site is prepared but no
construction work has started.
x) Building #24 Bure Type C2 (J & S Residence) – No site preparation and
construction work done.
y) Building #25 Main Building Complex – All the substructure work are done
except the concrete floor slab from the Porte Cochere to the Main Building
Complex. The superstructure concrete columns, beam, roof slab, structural
steel roof framing, external and internal blockwork wall are all done. Cold
water and hot water reticulation pipework, waste pipework,
electrical conduit and wiring installation built into the structure are complete.
External and internal plaster work including Drainage work have started and in
progress.
z) Building #26 Activity Bure – All the substructure work are done except the
concrete floor slab. The superstructure concrete columns, beams, structural
steel roof framing, external and internal blockwork wall are also complete.
