The main building is a very large building, which includes a reception hall, a chapel, theatres, a massage room, gymnasiums, dining rooms, wine store and the kitchen (very large). Most of the services are in place but not connected and there is a septic tank for 300 people in place. The leaching field is in place. There are four decorative water features with the main building and a very large swimming pool with changing rooms. The building is framed up but no roofing installed.All the substructure work are done except the concrete floor slab from the Porte Cochere to the Main Building Complex. The superstructure concrete columns, beam, roof slab, structural steel roof framing, external and internal blockwork wall are all done. Cold water and hot water reticulation pipework, waste pipework, electrical conduit and wiring installation built into the structure are complete. External and internal plaster work including Drainage work has started but not yet complete. The total cost of the main building complex including the wine cellar… was $3.7 million.
